Restaurant Pricelist 2011

We are a small farm business rearing a  small quantity of livestock each year.  The quality of the meat reflects the care and respect for our animals. If you are used to supermarket meat you will find the difference in taste and texture a revelation.

Woodland reared Free Range Pork   butchered with a range of joints, chops, belly, and of course superb sausages ( about 28 - 32kg altogether)  £135 per half pig.

Poultry

Aylesbury Duck  £20 each

Woodland Reared Black and Red Turkeys - a variety of sizes  £4.50 per lb

Chicken: We are in the process of rearing our own Sasso Chickens - details to follow

Eggs

Duck eggs are laid by our  free range Khaki Campbells. They produce a large rich egg which is full in flavour.  £1.50 per half doz

Hens eggs also available £ 1.20 per half doz

Fruit and Vegetables

At present we supply vegetables direct to restaurants. However we do have a small quantity available to sell direct from our nursery by prior appointment.

Soft fruit is available in the summer months.

We grow raspberries, blueberries, gooseberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants and some unusual soft fruit such as honeyberries and chokeberries. £2.00 per punnett.

We have recently planted over 30 different types of apple, pear, plum, quince, medlar, mulberry, as well as some cobnut and walnut crops. They won't be ready for a few years yet though!
